He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ozbirn and Ida Pearl Ozbirn (Price); and his sisters, Norma D. Williams, Freda Sue Ozbirn and Barbara Jean Allen.

He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Shane Aaron West (Heather) of Wynnewood, Misty Rich of Havasu City, AZ and Lori Luttrell (David) of Waco, TX; his stepson Tanner Winton of Ada; his grandchildren, Stasha Patel (Pritesh), Micah Rich (Ernie Duran), Jakob Luttrell, Dakota West and Cree West (Bryce Koone); his great grandchildren, Presha, Zara, Creek, Magnolia, Riggin and Bodie; his brother Carl Ozbirn (Darlene) of Sulphur; and his half-siblings, Cindy Barrow, Betty Bailey, Chris Ozbirn and Don Ozbirn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
