He was predeceased by: his parents, Colson Frazier and Carrie Alexander Frazier; his wife Eula Mae Jackson; his children, Johnny Carnes, Dennis Frazier and Lisa Frazier (Janet); his siblings, Eddie Mae Nelson, Myrtle Brown (Nelson), Grady Nelson, Frank Nelson and William Nelson; and his great grandchild Nicholas Carpenter.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Michael Carpenter (Jonna) of Ada, Jason Carpenter of Ada, Kelly Sanchez Hernandez (Nelson) and Crystal Carpenter. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
