It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Ben Pirkle (Sulphur, Oklahoma), born in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thurmond Benjamin. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Benjamin Pirkle (Sharon) of Monterey Park, CA and Sarah Jo Manley (James) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Mollie Pirkle, Harper Manley, May Manley and Sloan Manley; the mother of his children Carolyn Pirkle; and his close friend Bob Drake.
