He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Oxley and Francis Oxley (Weddle); and his brother James Oxley. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Bartlett; his children, Katie Drawbaugh (Clovis) of Sulphur, Andy Oxley (Krystin) of Dickson, Whitney Courtney (David Vanderburg) of Mill Creek and Matthew Oxley of Sulphur; his grandchildren, Uriah Mckinley of Sulphur, Chloe Drawbaugh, Logan Drawbaugh, Jacob Drawbaugh and Landri; and his sisters, Terry Ann Pitmon (Richard) of Wynnewood, Tammy Roundtree of Mill Creek and Hadley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
