He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Naomi Mourino; his siblings-in-law, Charlie Summers, Candy Summers and Joan Milligan; and his sister Glenda Punkin Rivers.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Milligan; his children, James Ronald Allen Jr of Nashville, TN and Stephanie Jo Allen of Broken Arrow, OK.; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Braxton, Connor, Henry and Edward; and his brother-in-law Mark Milligan of Henryetta. He is also survived by Numerous nephews, nieces and many friends.
