He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Maddox and Annie Faye Maddox (Henson); and his children, Donald Maddox and Debbie Gorrell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maddox (Castleberry) of Sulphur, OK; his daughter Terri Richardson of Sulphur, OK; his grandchildren, Ricky Gorrell, Angel Parrott and Donjalec Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Aleck Gorrell, Makaylah Isbell, Timothy Isbell and Noah Graves.
