She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Fennell and Grace Fennell (Akin); and her sister Pauline Morgan. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Ricks; her children, Rhonda Bilbrey, Terri Krag and James Morris Ricks (Amanda); and her brother Melvin J. Fennell.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Methodist Church.
