He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, Dennis Underwood, Janay Underwood and Joanna Blackburn (James); his grandchildren, Taloa Underwood (Jesse Allbritten) and Chestine Underwood; his great grandchild Nanaiya Allbritten; and his siblings, Ted Underwood, Chet Underwood and Delores Monetathchi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
