He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Williams and Bessie Williams (Brower); his son Jeffrey Williams; and his siblings, Jack Williams and Dorothy Herron.

He is survived by: his wife Anne Williams (Brasher) of Sulphur, OK; and his daughters, Lisa Simpson and Anna Ardrey of Elbert, CO. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, Several Great Grandchildren.
