He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Horn; his grandson Johnathan Horn; his great grandchildren, Cason and Marlee Horn of Ashland; and his siblings, Vivian Quistian, DeAnn Conyer, Troy Ashford of Sulphur and Gary Ashford (Sarah) of Sulphur. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
