He is survived by: his daughter Jamie; his stepchildren, Jennifer Henry, Bobby Cummings (Lauren) and Curtis Fox; and his siblings, Ruth Hensley, Harold Shepard (Margo) of Spring Hill, KS, James Shepard (Karen), Phil Shepard, Doris Gould (Troy) and Norman.
