He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamine L. Howard and Edith Howard (Miller); and his brother Billy Franklin Howard. He is survived by: his sons, Kenny Howard (Shawn) of Ada, Robbie Howard (Michelle) of Sulphur and Marlon Howard (Lacrinda) of Sulphur; his grandchildren, Hialee Mayhue (Conner), Dackry Howard (Lacey), B. J. Howard (Lindsey), Randi Wilkins, Dylon Howard (Kimber), Bryson Howard (Brittney), Whitney Blevins (Tyson) and Taylor Beatley (Coby); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Howard, Hudson Howard, Bella Wilkins, Violet Howard, Grayson Howard, Brandt Beatley, Callum Howard, Newt Wilkins, Hannah Howard, Murphi Howard, Hope Howard, Mayzee Howard, Libby Blevins and Brock Beatley.
