It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Frank Warren (Sulphur, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jo Aaron, Ginger Cleveland, Sue Madigan and Mickey Warren. He is survived by: his wife Delores; his daughter Kelly; his son-in-law Mark Dunn; his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law Jess Couch; his grandchildren, Conner (Cindy Dunn), Kylan Couch and Landry Couch; and his caregivers, Addie McClellan, Laura Carter, Sherry Parrott, Vickie Surface and Ashlie Frazier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
