He is survived by: his sons, Steve (Carol), Clay (Helen), Layne (Laura), Coley (Andra) and Luis (Gayla Barreras); his great grandchild His; and his brothers, Bobby Brewer (Carolyn) and Sammy Brewer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
