She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Taylor and Anna Pauline Birch (Richardson); her husband Ray Holdridge; her grandson Michael Kelly Holdridge; and her stepdaughter Judith Holdridge Enz.
She is survived by: her former husband Buck Stephens; her grandsons, Bryan and Kelly; her sisters, Loma, Marge and Helen; her son Carl Stephens (Lu) of Madill, OK; her stepson Mike Holdridge (Kathy) of Colorado Springs, CO; her siblings, Bob Birch of Sulphur, OK and Anna Ruth Birch of Okla; her grandchildren, Brian Holdridge (Maria) of Colorado Springs, CO, Cara Usrey Hamilton (Jason) of Asher, OK and Cryer (Lindsey) of Okla; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn M. Holdridge, Brody Usrey, Campbell, Henley and Hayes Cryer.
