It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Stanford of Sulphur, Oklahoma, born in Fitzhugh, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allie and Mary Beatrice Webb (Moore); her former husband Cecil Harold Covert; her husband Bennett Andrew Stanford; and her siblings, Margie Eldred, Billy Joe Webb, T. J. Webb, Kenneth Webb and Ann Marie Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Crawford (Mike) of Chickasha, Janet Breedlove (Jerald) of Chickasha, Phyllis Edwards (Allen) of Wynnewood and Earnie Tucker of Chickasha; her grandchildren, Kyle Crawford, Christal Bordwine, Jerod Breedlove, Heather Breedlove, Travis Britt and Andi Matthews; and her siblings, Mary Gurley (Loyd) of Sulphur and Harvey Webb (Norma Jean) of Norman. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
