She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hazel Gordon Coffman and Girald E Coffman; her husband Bruce Arlin Jack of Sulphur, OK; her daughters, Regina Ann Banks (Jeff Banks), Veronica Lynn Simmons (Steve Simmons) and Jennifer Dawn Andy (Terry Andy Jr.); her sisters, Sybil Brown and Odessa Trout; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Jack Myers, Janice Jack Anderson and Rajeane Jack; her grandchildren, Amanda Louise Banks, Clay Mitchell Banks, Caleb Anthony Jack and Gwendalyn Opal Andy; and her nieces and nephews, Quentin Brown, Patricia Martin, Angie Brown, Dean Coffman, Gail Conway, Paul Coffman, Leonard Coffman, Deborah Mattingly, Ronnie Clary, Rhonda Clary King, Carol Trout, John Anderson Jr., Ryan Anderson, Gene Taylor Myers, Kathy Myers, Kristy Jack Waldraff, Kara Jack Nixon and Jim Jack.
