He was predeceased by: his uncles, Richard Scheel and Al Scheel. He is survived by: his daughter Roberta Modine; his mother Barbara Mirassou of Stuart; his siblings, Amy Martin of California and Jeff Smith of San Diego, CA; his aunt Mary Copeland of Oklahoma; and his uncle George Bethel of Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
