He is survived by: his wife Ruth Moore; his son Dennis Moore of Tulsa; and his siblings, Joe Moore (Priscilla) of Dibble, Sam Moore (Nita) of Poteau, Richard Moore (Della) of Maysville, Marcill Fowler of Smithville, Rosie Casey (Ron) of Blanchard, Martha Miller (Sammy) of Lindsay, Naomi Wilder (Russell) of Illinois and Melissa Rouse (Dewey) of Dibble.
