He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Lou Patterson (Ledet); his parents-in-law, Jim and Cora Jane Gantt (Hunt); and his great-nephew Isaac Goodnight. He is survived by : his father Max Patterson of Houma, Louisiana; his wife Marla Ranae Patterson (Gantt); his children, Rachel Addie Crochet and Darrell Wayne Crochet, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lydia Maria Crochet, Carl Dylan Crochet, Darrell Wayne Crochet, III and Kadence Ranae Crochet; his siblings, Jon Patterson and Beth Brien; and his nephews, Shane Brien, Brian Brien and Nick Patterson. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
