She is survived by: her husband Lewis DeWayne Kalka of Davenport; her children, Ronnie Kalka (Beverly), Mary Shuey (Rob), John Kalka and Lori Reynolds (Rob); her grandchildren, Sandy Matthews (Phil), Candy Kalka, Spencer Shuey, Joe Kalka (Laura), John R. Kalka (Kalie), Janelle Kalka, Andrew Reynolds (Sara), Aaron Reynolds (Jocelyne) and Alex Reynolds; her great grandchildren, Karlee, Benjamin, Ariel and Levi; her siblings, Sharon Davidson (Ken), Carrol Phillips, Cathy Bond and James Bond (Sarah); and her sister-in-law Teri Bond. She is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews.
