He is survived by: his mother Juanita Van Fossen (Lovett) of Omaha, Nebraska; his former wife Mary Novack; his wife Mary Van Fossen; his children, Joey (Heather) of Tulsa, Danny (Sara) of Chandler, Kevin (Elexa) of Davenport, Dawn (Clarence) of Stroud, Makenzi (Allison) of Stroud and Ethan; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kristen, Allison, Blake, Tylor, Jayden, Lance, Colton, Konner, Victor and Cash; and his siblings, John Van Fossen (Linda) of Burns Flat, Tammy Slachetka of Bellevue and June Rinner of Elk City. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
