He is survived by: his children, Nick Rubio (Macie), Cole Fenton (April), Stephanie Hunt (Jason) and Adriane Fenton; his grandchildren, Tanner Hunt, Tavin Hunt, Laramie Fenton, Kyler Fenton, Casen Fenton and Cannon Fenton; his great grandchild Axton Hunt; and his siblings, Ben Rubio, Jr., Santos Rubio, Rick Rubio, Martin Rubio, Manford Rubio, Tony Rubio and Ramona Rubio.
