He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Loyd Tuttle and Edith Adelia Tuttle (Jackson); and his son William Kim Tuttle. He is survived by: his wife Novalene Tuttle; his brothers, Loyd Tuttle (Sally) of Houston and Dale Tuttle (Beth Cardozo); his children, Dennis Eugene Tuttle, Jr. (Dianna) of Mansfield, Mark Tuttle (Becky) of Stroud, Oklahoma and Regina Flatt (Lonnie) of Prague, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Dennis Eugene Tuttle, III (Brittany) of Fort Worth, Lauren Newsom (Gavin) of Waxahachie, Roy York (La'Rin) of Montgomery, Jeremy Lakins (Jeena) of Vero Beach, April Fowler (Wes) of Shawnee, Adam Tuttle (Amanda) of Stroud, Kim Flatt (Jennifer) of Stroud, Bobbie McNelly, Alex Flatt of Prague and Michaela Flatt (Luke Dougherty) of Edmond. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
