Tomas Lee Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2020, at the age of 75, Tomas Lee of Stringtown, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Jackson Fonville and Rosie Bell Verduzco (Holt); his wife Carole Fonville (Ferkins); his grandson Mason Mcnees; his brothers, Leon Fonville, Ricky Larry Hop Fonville, Raymond Verduzco, Harvey Jackson Fonville and Serafin Verduzco Junior; and his brother-in-law Joe Newsom.

He is survived by: his children, Douglas Fonville (Katrina) of Sioux City, IA, Brenda Robidoux (Rick) of Gloucester, VA, Thomas Fonville (Brenda) of Fresno, CA and Kevin Fonville (Donna) of Stringtown, OK; his grandchildren, Lisa Petz, Erin Brown (Melanie), Kevin Fonville, Doug Fonville, Breanna Lamphere, Gracie Stohl, Stoney Fry, Bo Fry, Shani Riggins, Thomas Fonville (Mariah), Nicholas Fonville (Heather), Pamela Georgian, Cythia Mcnees, Ocean Fonville, Cole Fonville, Cody Fonville, Jackie Hightower and Ginny Davis; his great grandchildren, Draven, Lucas, Andru, Alex, Karly, Jeremy, Noah, Nate, Jenna, Jenessa, Dominic, Maci, Landon, Lincoln, Oaklyn, Natalie, Able, Oliver, Trevor, Bentley, Kemper, Trenton, Zoey, Sophie, Jude, Riley, Joplin, Reagan, Kelsey, Shajen and Blake; and his siblings, Wilma Jo Magby of Stringtown, OK, Frank Verduzco (Glenna) of Benton City, WA, Robert Verduzco (Jamila) of Clovis, CA, Billy Verduzco of Clovis, CA, Dale Alvarado of Clovis, CA and Shirley Newsom of Clovis, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.

“I just found out yesterday from Mike @ L&P in Earlimart Ca. I got to know Tommy well from delivering oils and other products to the Earlimart Ranch. My first meeting with him was around 1994. I was amazed in how fluent in Spanish he was. He was a traveler and often talked of Oklahoma. When he found out that I had family in Oklahoma and that I visited them at least once a year he even invited me to stay at his place near Stringtown. He was always a good person and I will miss him greatly.”
