He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Doris Winters (Malone) and John Winters; his wife Virginia Winters (Beal); his in-laws, Jones Peeler and Lillie Beal; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Foley, Clyde Williams and Sue Davis.
He is survived by: his sons, John R. Winters (Lynn) of Antlers, OK, Larry B. Winters (Lisa) of Savannah, OK and Kelly J. Winters of Stringtown, OK; his grandchildren, Roy B. Winters (Amanda) of Piedmont, MO, Amber L. Buchanan (Jonathan) of Fayetteville, AR, Michelle Moyer (Randle) of Antlers, OK, Kristopher Winters of Durant, OK and Kaleb L. Winters of Stringtown, OK; his great grandchildren, Snowey Dawn Winters, Jones Winters, Luke D. Buchanan, Isabelle Buchanan, Abby Cole, Khylei Winters and Calvin Moyer; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Williams and Yvonne Foley; and his sister Nancy Grimes (Lonnie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
