He is survived by: his grandson Dyllan; his wife Kathy Marie Smith (Backman); his children, Ruth Ann Smith Marlow (Onie) of Stringtown, OK, Landa Jauregui (Jose) of Utah and Brian Mullenix (Carrisa) of Ponca City, OK; his granddaughters, Mercedes Marlow, Lexie Marlow of Stringtown, OK and Trinity Mounce of Utah; his great grandchild Amethyst of Utah; his grandsons, Dyllon Marlow, Harley Marlow of Stringtown, OK and Noah Mounce of Utah; his siblings-in-law, Aron Backman (Nancy) of Temple, TX, Billy Backman (Tammy) of Harrah, OK, Dennis Backman of Sacramento, CA, Daniel Backman of Sacramento, CA, Rickie Backman (Lisa) of Pinehurst, ID, Suzzanna Gearhart of Sacramento, CA, Debbie Smith of Lewisville, ID, Sherry Deems (Donald) of Atoka, OK, Judy Eagan (Jim Eagan) of North Carolina, Ellen Smith of Tennessee, Janice Fredrickson of Reno, NV and Karen Fredrickson of Reno, NV; his grandsons, Brian Schaefer of Ponca City, OK, Robert Mullenix of Ponca City, OK and Alexander Mullenix of Ponca City, OK; and his great grandchild Easton Eubank of Ponca City, OK.
