She is survived by: her husband Kevin Fonville; her children, Jackie Hightower (Mitch Berzin) of Denison, TX, Virginia Davis (Casey) of Durant, OK, Krystal Tom (James) of Durant, OK, Ocean Fonville of Stringtown, OK, Cole Fonville of Stringtown, OK and Cody Fonville of Stringtown, OK; her sister Paula Medlin-Moore of Denison, TX; her niece Jessica Hall of Denison, TX; her brother David Jay (Heather) of Denison, TX; and her nephew Kelsin Jay of Denison, TX. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
