He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Stephen and Marbell Stephen (McCummins); his wife Shirley Ann Stephen; his siblings, Ron Stephen, Ferman Stephen, Lynn "Cub" Stephen and Debbie Hicks; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Stephen and Pearl Stephen; and his nephew Ronnie Hicks.
He is survived by: his children, Tanya Garside (Bob) of Stringtown, OK and Tim Stephen (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Megan Burleson (Adam) of Stringtown, OK, Rob Garside of Stringtown, OK and Olivia Stephen; his great grandchildren, Maggie Burleson of Stringtown, OK and Mollie Burleson of Stringtown, OK; his child Stephanie Sherrard (Holstine); and also Hazel Setzer of Bentley, OK. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
