He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Henagar and Bertha Henagar; and his daughter Gayla Dee Rose. He is survived by: his wife Johnny Sue; his children, Cliff of Stratford and Kim Wade (Tony) of Ada, OK; his grandchildren, Lacy Curry (Joe) of Lindsay, Angel Wade of Stillwater, Crystal Peitrofort (Louie) of Texas, Jeff Rose of Maysville, OK and Michael Rose; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Eli Curry, Lane Rose, Leigh, Savanna, Sidney Peitrofort and Hadley Rose; and his sister Bea Perrymore of Stratford.
