It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Carter of Stratford, Oklahoma, born in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Odie Williams and Mary McNeil Williams; her daughter Debbie Carter; her brothers, Gary and Ricky Williams; her sister-in-law Bernice Williams; and her sister Norma Burkett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Page (Bobby) of Stratford and Leona Imhoff (Danny) of Deer Park, TX; her sisters, Mary Turpin of Ada, Glenna Jones (Bruce) of Ada and Vickie Goodwin of Ada; and her grandchildren, Bryan Gould, Tommy Gould, Chad Tatum, Nichole Westmoreland (Joe), Autumn Imhoff, Destiny Tatum, Brittany Tatum and Caley Imhoff.
