She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hill and Buna Hill (Groover); her husband Wendell Loyd Baxter; and her siblings, Hazel Aldridge (Otha), Ruby Baughn (Loie), Mavis Aldridge (Troy), Mary Edith Bonham (Hill), Frances Purcell (Bill), Bertie Lou Hill, Bud Hill Jr. (Ruby) and Wanda Flood (Hill).
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda (Jack) of Stratford, OK and Sherrie Baxter (Bill Brent); and her grandchildren, Bryan (Carey), Rebecca (Clifford), Daniel, Michelle (Mark), Rachel, Jonathan (Sarah) and Melinda Pound. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Those who wish may make memorials in memory of Jean to her granddaughter's mission work in Belize.
