He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mulliniks and Marie Mulliniks (Walker); his brother Alvin; and his sister-in-law Doris Mulliniks. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Wayne Mulliniks Jr. (Laurie) of Broken Arrow and Jack Mulliniks (Laray) of Broken Arrow; his granddaughter Kaley Rainbolt (Buddy); his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Katie Rainbolt of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Gerald Mulliniks (Brenda) of Eufaula, Oklahoma and Carolyn Clements of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and his close friends, Jewell Miller, Cheryl and Michael.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeArman/Pickard Chapel (305 W Smith St, Stratford, OK 74872). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
