She is survived by: her children, Monty Hasley (Clarissa) of Stratford, Jeffrey Hasley of Stratford and Tracy Frederick (Greg) of Arkansas City; her brother Theo Dacus of Lindsay, Oklahoma.; her sisters-in-law, Inetha Dacus of Lindsay and Carlene Dacus of Cyril; her grandchildren, Jason Hasley (Carla) of Ada, Jeremy Hasley (Kacey) of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Jared Hasley of Howell and Erin Blair (Jordan) of Ben Wheeler; and her great grandchildren, Alex Hasley, Brock Hasley, Cecelia Hasley, Judah Blair, Dinah Renae Blair and Zia Hasley.
