He was predeceased by: his parents, Ishmael Mercer and Norene Mercer; and his siblings, Garmon, Janice, Jerry and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Dean Walker of Paul's Valley, Oklahoma.; his brother Deverle (June) of Duncanville, Texas; his sons, Brett of Coweta, Bart (Sara) of Norman and Clint (Joy) of Edmond; his grandchildren, Dylan, Faith, Ashley, Alexxia, Allyson, Amanda, Cale and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Aryah and Wesley.
