He is survived by: his son Donny Carter (Linda) of Stratford; his grandchild Suzann Cummings (Vic) of Edmond, OK.; his sister Dottie Walston (Bob) of Tulsa, OK.; and his daughter-in-law Renee Carter of Madill, OK..
