He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Earnest and Janie Faye Perry (Smith); and his brother Dean Perry. He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Barry Barnett of Broken Arrow, Wesley Barnett (Lindsey) of Coweta, Kendall Bird (John) of Tahlequah and Courtney Perry of Tahlequah; and his grandchildren, Cambria, Eli, Maleah, Kyler, ZaRiyah, Ella and Olivia.
