He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Payton and Blanch L. Payton (Dean); and his siblings, Donald, Jack, Richard, Ray Payton and Oletha Crabtree.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Payton of Strang, OK; and his siblings, Juanita Mason of Bartlesville, OK, Betty Lowrey of Arkansas and Jimmy Payton (Ella Mae) of Texas. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
