He is survived by: his wife Katie Cherry; his children, Jeff Case (Doty) of Stonewall and Shawna Case of Stonewall; his sisters, Sharon Harwell (Richard) of Meeker, OK, Donna Davis of Prague and June Davidson of Pinehurst, NC; and his grandchildren, Erin Case-Farasyn (Aaron) of Ada, Derrick Jackson of Stonewall, Kelli Case of Fayetteville, AR, Rhyann Case of Stonewall and Ethan Jackson of Stonewall. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
