He is survived by: his wife Roberta Neeley; and his children, Nathan Johnson-Neeley, Jason Neeley, Justin Neeley, Jonas Neeley, Andrew Lindsey, Charles Doran, Alex Doran, David Scott, Jr., Jaimie Hammer, Michelle Attebery, Miranda Simco, Taloa Neeley, Crystal Johnson and Misty Johnson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
