He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bryce and Lena Mae Johnson Sullins; and his brother David Allen Sullins. He is survived by: his children, Richard Shannon Sullins (Sandy) and Shelby Ann Thompson; and his sister Debbie Zachary (Dale). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
