He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Frank and Frankie Ann Johnson Hallmark; his sister Karen Carter; and his niece Emily Bess Dixon. He is survived by: his brother Ernie Hallmark (Alice) of Stonewall; his nephews, Larry Bess, Josh Bess, Michael Bess, Cody Hallmark, Nick Hamilton and JayDee Hamilton; and his niece Amanda Hamilton. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
