She was predeceased by: her parents, O. A. Walker (Jack) and Margaret Elizabeth Walker (Beasley); and her sister Frances E. Walker. She is survived by: her husband Tommy J. Blackburn; her sister Patty Sands; and her children, Melissa Davis and Steve Cooke.
