He was predeceased by: his parents, George Adair and Margaret Adair (Gonzalis); his brother Gary Adair; and his brother-in-law Richie Foreman. He is survived by: his friend Burnie; his sister Renee Foreman (Adair) of Pryor; and his nieces and nephews, Kristie Green, Amber Adair, Shiane Foreman, Kirstie Adair, Darian Adair, Leo (Gann), Nathan Gann, Douglas Gann, Dylan Foreman, Colby Arreola, Reese Adair and Caleb Adair. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
