She is survived by: her sons, David Eads (Joni) of Bunch, Oklahoma and Kevin Eads (LaDena) of Shattuck, Oklahoma; her grandson Shane Eads (Julie) of VanBuren, Arkansas; her sons, Shaye Bread (Chuck) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Chad Eads of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Hunter Eads of Woodward, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Emma Doublehead, Cloie Coombes, Stonewall Jackson Coombes, Finley Eads, Krue Eads, Lottie Eads, Carson Goodwin, Canyon Eads, Addy Bread, Jordan Bread, Bella Bread, Lexli Carter and Kasen Carter; and her siblings, Carolyn Denny (Udell), Darrel Worley (Tammy) and Rhonda Pritchett (Haste).
