He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Cochran and Maggie Cochran (Sam); his wife Irene Cochran (Stealer); and his siblings, George, Price, Martin, Tom Cochran, Mary Ann McHargue, Corene Wolfe and Pat Doublehead.

He is survived by: his son Martin Charlie; his granddaughter Jaycee Reece; his brothers, Jerry Wayne Cochran (Nita) and Albert "Chip" Cochran (Marilyn); and his siblings-in-law, Emma Cochran, Adam Wolfe and Adam Doublehead. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.
