He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Billings (Parks) and James W. Billings. He is survived by: his wife Eula Billings. He is also survived by two brothers, one sister, seven sons, three daughters, five daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
