He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Okie" Baird; and his brother Robert Fay Baird Jr. (Lorry) of Stilwell. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Baird; his son Benjamin Baird (Julianne) of Tahlequah; and his sisters, LaDonna Baird (Glenn Doss) and Joyce Campbell (Lester) of Stilwell. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
