With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Phillips of Stilwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phillips and Lilly Phillips; and his sister Betty Spangler. He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Phillips, Elaine Phillips of Laton California, Opal Leasure of Madera California and Cliff Johnson of Danville Arkansas; his children, Tonja, Rebecca, Zach of New York, Moya Reneau of Stiwell and Ginger Beck of Rogers Arkansas; his mother-in-law Rev. Mary Orman; and his wife Frances Phillips. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and many many Nieces and Nephews.
