He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cundiff and Dorothy Cundiff; his wife Sandra Cundiff; and his siblings, Joyce Parkhurst, Daniel Cundiff and Donald Cundiff.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradly Cundiff of Stilwell, OK, Brian Cundiff of Columbia, MD and Brett Cundiff of Fayetteville, AR.; his grandchildren, Chance Cundiff, Cole Cundiff, Bryson Cundiff and Shade Cundiff; and his sisters, Sue Verser and Delores Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
